We currently provide residential cleaning services within the Cincinnati, OH service area. If you’re unsure whether your location is included, feel free to ask — we’re happy to confirm.

Yes. We bring our own cleaning supplies and tools. If you prefer that we use specific products in your home, you’re welcome to provide them. Please just let us know in advance.

For health and safety reasons, we do not handle biohazard situations. This includes bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest or rodent infestations, and hoarding conditions that require specialized cleanup. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Oven Interiors: At this time, oven interior cleaning is not included in any of the cleaning services. Oven interiors are considered a specialty service.

Not at all. Some clients choose to be away during service. As long as we have clear access instructions, you’re welcome to step out or go about your day.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less notice, or situations where we’re unable to access the home, may be subject to a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A card may be kept securely on file for recurring services.

Yes. Rooted Space Cleaning is fully insured for residential cleaning services, so you can feel comfortable inviting us into your space.
